While Trumpcare is the textbook definition of cruelty, it is not enough to "save the ACA". The ACA still allows private insurers to profit off of the sick and dying and under the ACA, 28 million people still don't have health insurance. The Trumpcare vs. Obamacare debate essentially boils down to the question of whether 50 million people should be uninsured or 28 million should be.
Join us as we gather to tell Representative Lamborn and Senators Gardner and Bennet that we are sick and tired of the quality of health care you are given depending on how much money you make. The United States spends far more per capita on health care than any other advanced nation and yet, we have some of the worst quality care. With close to 60 percent of Americans supporting single payer, the time to enact Medicare for All is now. We cannot afford to settle for anything less. It is time once and for all to guarantee quality, affordable health care as a right to every person in the United States. Healthcare is a human right, not a market commodity!
