1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

In September 2016 prisoners at Kinross Correctional Faciltiy staged a demonstration to draw attention to the uninhabitable living conditons of the facility they are locked up in.

The Michigan Department of Corrections responded to their righteous grievances by sending in a riot squad and putting over 200 people in solitary confinement.

9 months later, about 70 of the Kinross rebels are still being held in solitary confinement ("administrative segregation") at Oaks Correctional Facility in Manistee, Michigan.

In order to draw attention to the fact that these freedom fighters are still in solitary 9 months later, we will be:

1. Meeting outside the East Lansing Farmer's Market to leaflet and talk to people about the issue.
2. Staging a march to an *undisclosed* location to draw attention to the issue.
