The Long Island Immigrant Student Advocates will be holding a rally on Monday, December 4th at 1003 Park Blvd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 to demand the Representative Peter King keep his promise to DREAMers, and cosponsor the clean DREAM Act. King has said in the past month that "If they're in this country and they came in as a DREAMer and they have clean records, they should be allowed to stay.” We will be delivering our petitions to him and asking that he live up to his word. DREAMers and undocumented immigrants in this country should be able to live their lives without fear of deportation. This holiday season, we are demanding that he help keep families and communities together. Please join us on December 4th at 4 pm! We expect all attendees to be nonviolent and refrain from participating in civil disobedience.
