How can you affect national, state, and local policy?
How can you affect national, state, and local policy? Anne Brown and Chuck Warpehoski have the on-the-ground experience to help you make a difference. Anne Brown has served as staffer for State Rep. David Rutledge and on the Ypsilanti City Council, where she also helped form the Ypsilanti Human Rights Commission/Black Lives Matter subcommittee. Chuck Warpehoski has served as Director of the Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice since 2003 and Ann Arbor City Council since 2012. In their combined roles they have seen public policy development and policy advocacy from all sides. They will share what works and what doesn’t in making your voice heard from Capital Hill to City Hall.
