WOMEN UNITE TO FIGHT BACK! International Women's Day STRIKE & MARCH - March 8th STRIKE! Call out sick, don't go to school, don't shop.
Rally 3 pm - Join us for an inclusive and exciting rally that will highlight important issues facing women including racism, sexism, anti-LGBTQ bigotry, and workers and immigrant rights. Our solidarity is a powerful weapon against Trump’s anti-people agenda. Enjoy music, food, poetry and speeches. We encourage noon day rallies and feeder marches.
Following our rally, we will march to the women's jail at Fallsway and Eager Street to show our support for our incarcerated sisters and demand an end to the prison industrial complex and then to Douglas Homes where we will be welcomed by housing organizers who are demanding an end to the privatization of public housing.
Women, including trans women, and gender non-comforming folks will be leading this March. Everyone welcome!

Mitin a las 3 por la tarde - Unámonos para una reunión inclusiva y emocionante que destacará los asuntos importantes que enfrentan las mujeres incluyendo el racismo, el sexismo, la intolerancia anti-LGBTQ y los derechos de los trabajadores y los inmigrantes. Nuestra solidaridad es un poderoso arma contra la agenda anti-pueblo de Trump. Disfrute de música, comida, poesía y discursos. Animamos las manifestaciones de mediodía y grupos de manifestantes ubicados en diferentes localizaciones que se unen a la marcha principal.
Después de nuestra manifestación marcharemos a la cárcel de mujeres en Fallsway y Eager Street para mostrar nuestro apoyo a nuestras hermanas encarceladas y exigir el fin del complejo industrial de prisiones y luego a Douglas Homes, donde seremos recibidos por los organizadores de vivienda que están exigiendo un fin de la privatización de la vivienda pública.
