Kids Climate Conference

20 N Cascade Ave
Colorado Springs, CO 80903
United States
July 15, 2017,
2:00 pm to 4:30 pm

We will be presenting a panel teach in with local young climate activists and passionate environmentalists. Listen to kids 11-13 as they teach their peers what they can do to save the planet locally and on a global scale. Investigate the science of climate change and how kids can make a difference (Grown ups too!)

There will be many engaging and exciting activities and games for kids. Stay after the panel and help our little Earth guardians learn how they can make an impact on their local elected officials by making a beautiful piece of art that will be presented by the kids to the Colorado Springs Utilities Board (AKA City Council) at their monthly meeting. The theme of the art build is ‘What do you want your city to look like?”
