KXL Landowner Meeting in O'Neill

Bold Nebraska is hosting informational meetings for landowners and community members in the counties who are now on the proposed Keystone XL pipeline "mainline alternative" route, and hearing now for the first time ever from TransCanada seeking easements to build the pipeline on their land.
