March For Science: Boise

700 W Jefferson St
Boise, ID
United States
April 22, 2017,
12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

This is a march FOR science!

We are marching to show public support for all that science has brought us - food, medicine, energy, technology, transportation, clean air and clean water. This march is for those who believe in the importance of science as a tool for informed decision-making. Collaboration between scientists, researchers, politicians, and the public is integral to the success of our society.

We are asking people to take a stand and not allow an unbiased and evidence-based approach to solving the world’s problems be altered to accommodate ideologies or special interests. Science is the foundation of our modern society and has allowed us to achieve great successes; we march to continue the effort to bring prosperity, sustainability, and security to our communities.
