Assemble at 2:30 pm at Court St. Plaza, Fourth St., downtown San Rafael
Depart at 3:00 pm, march on 4th St. 
Route: 4th St., to Union St., past Montecito Plaza, to East Francisco Blvd., to Medway Rd., to Canal St., to Pickleweed Park Community Center
