Come down for 15 minutes, 1/2 hour, whatever.... to write and sign postcards and end the year with a bang!
People for Social Justice is sponsoring an Evening FOR Action Open House on December 6 at Alpena County Library from 6-8 pm. It will be the culmination of our first year of activity and a celebration of the many different things we have accomplished. Activities will include many different postcards to write to members of Congress, petitions to sign, a survey to complete helping us determine where we need to go, chances to connect with other members, and, of course, coffee and cookies.
Please take the time to pop in and write a few postcards so that we can send, at least, 300 out in the mail the next day and end the year not with a whimper but a bang! See you there. Encourage all your friends to come and participate.
