The workshop is all about intetsrctionality - how the oppression of one group of people affects us all, and about the ways in which people experience more than one form of discrimination.
We will explore different action areas, learn what is being done, develop individual and group action plans. Focus groups include Legislative Action, Immigrant and Muslim Discrimination, LGBTQi Discrimination, Women’s Issues throughout the Life Cycle, Other Justice Issues, Environmental Challenges, Women Running for Office, The Role of Faith Communities in the Struggle for Justice, Communication & Strategies.
