In Collaboration with UVA's Refugee Outreach, and with special guests Sisters Keeper Collective, Together Cville will be hosting a Refugee Welcoming Potluck. All are invited. We ask that you spread the word to any refugee families and/or support people that you know. Bring friends, family, and neighbors!
All are encouraged to bring a dish to share! Potuck will begin at 5:30pm. Sisters Keeper Collective & UVA's Refugee Outreach will begin speaking at 6pm, followed by a question and answer session. Afterwards we will break out into action groups.
Together Cville has been holding community potlucks since the first Sunday after Trump was elected. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our community is safe, secure, heard, and has access to needed services.
