Trump Tax Scam: Day of Action CT

Join us in Hartford this Monday, November 27 as we participate here in CT in Indivisible's national call to action to protest the #TrumpTaxScam. This atrocious GOP tax plan will enrich large corporations & GOP donors, gut funding for Medicare, Medicaid & Social Security, and effectively destroy the ACA by repealing the individual mandate. 

We will request that Senators Murphy & Blumenthal vote NO on the tax bill as well as WITHHOLD CONSENT to stall Senate business, buying time for more people to understand what is in it and why it must be defeated.

We will meet in the Legislative Office Building in room 1b, at 300 Capitol Ave, at 11am for Sen Blumenthal's press conference, and then proceed to Sen Murphy's office at 12pm.
