Washington Heights Teach-In

In response to recent social and political forces HealthEquity4BlackLives / Mailman for Equity and Free University - NYC is planning the inaugural Washington Heights Movement Building Teach-In. This free, community-centered event will focus on strengthening individual agency, knowledge, and skills around issues of intersectional justice. 

The Teach-In will feature workshops addressing civic knowledge, tangible skills for self-preservation, policy literacy, protecting the rights of individuals, and resistance.
