- Force 24M people to lose health insurance (including 250,000 Iowans)
- Sentence 3,000 Iowans and 300,000 Americans to death over the next 10 years from lack of insurance so rich people could get a tax cut
- Severely weaken protections for people with pre-existing conditions
- Weaken restrictions against caps on coverage amounts
- Allow insurers to not cover essential health benefits
