WHO: Citizens of the Coachella Valley, family and friends, Democracy in Action, March for Science
WHEN: 1PM April 22 (Earth Day)
WHAT: Rally, BBQ and March for Science
TREE PLANTING WITH COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE (City of Palm Springs)
WHERE: Sunrise Park in Palm Springs, California
WHY: We support the evidence of climate change science and are here to support lawmakers and scientists and each other in cleaning our planet.
HOW: Asking speakers and elected officials to come share with us. Eating together, listening to music and doing Yoga, joining in a Native American drum circle and with all our signs and posters, to march around in a big circle, through the City of Palm Springs.
"We can no longer wait on the sidelines as politicians politicize science and undermine the evidence-based policies that safeguard our planet. Not with climate change accelerating and critical agencies facing massive cuts." Founder of Earth Day Network
