The Future Is Female Festival

2017 is the inaugural year of The Future Is Female Festival, a national theater festival with over 22 outposts in the United States. Join us in a night of celebration and contemplation as Brid Henry and Julietta Benson of Pretty Shrew Productions hosts the MPLS outpost of the festival at The Playwrights' Center.

While The Future Is Female Festival will take place throughout the entire month of March, our one night only reading will consist of five new ten minute plays, written by female-identified playwrights, that illuminate the theme "the future is female" and what that looks like and means to them.

Admission is $5 CASH ONLY at the event, additional cash/check donations will be greatly accepted.
