General Strike: Davenport

THE PEOPLE'S VOICE MUST BE HEARD! It doesn't seem to be heard when we have city government thinking about eliminating commissions and committees, state government working to make life harder by stopping local government from increasing the minimum wage and banning collective bargaining, and a federal government that was elected by money, voter disenfranchisement, and gerrymandering.
This is a continuation of the marches from inauguration weekend and expected to continue like the Moratoriums Against the Viet Nam War in the late 1960's.
As of Valentine's Day, there are 103 actions planned in North America, including one in Mexico!
Please do not shop on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so there's a bigger impact. 
Do you value Democracy? Call in sick or take the day off unless you work in essential services like the medical field, law enforcement, fire protection or community organizing like this effort!
