Join advocates from across North Carolina for HIV Speaks on Jones Street 2018, presented by the Crape Myrtle Festival, on Tuesday, June 12th, 2018. HIV Speaks on Jones Street is our annual HIV & AIDS advocacy day when we educate our state legislators about policies that improve the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS in our state.
We will meet in Raleigh first thing in the morning, and we will make sure that you have everything that you need for a productive day making change with a great community of advocates. Breakfast will be provided.
Registration begins at 8am, and advocacy and issue training is from 8:45am - 10am at the NC History Museum. Legislative visits will be scheduled until the House and Senate go into session, usually no later than 3pm.
