International Women's Strike: Wakefield

Let's strike during dinner and march down High Street to illuminate two institutions that empower women! We will make a celebratory march from the Hera Gallery to the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County. 

Schedule
4:30 pm meet at the Hera Gallery
4:30 pm to 5:00 pm view "The Feminist Opposition" exhibition
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm take a sidewalk stroll on High Street
6:00 pm arrive at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County (27 North Road)
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm have dinner and learn how to stay active on important issues from organizers across South County. 

What to bring: $5 to $10 to donate to groups working to empower and support women.

Who to bring: Family, friends, neighbors, kids, babies, art lovers...anyone who wants to show up to make sure we live in a world that empowers and supports women. 

What to wear: Wear red in solidatiry with the color of the movement. Add a pussy hat if you have one. But most importantly just come and celebrate.
