Line 3 Environmental Review Decision Meeting at PUC

On Thursday, December 7th, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission will meet to decide whether the environmental review (environmental impact statement) for the new Line 3 tar sands pipeline is adequate or whether it needs more work.

Come and fill the room -- we'll be in front of all five commissioners who will ultimately decide the fate of the Line 3 pipeline. We know the environmental review doesn't capture all the risks posed by the project, and even though there won't be a chance for the public to speak on Thursday, we'll show our commitment by being physically present. MN350 and the Sierra Club will host a debrief and next steps conversation immediately following the PUC meeting.
