Dawn Williams discusses “Voter Registration Changes in Iowa’s Law”

Dawn Williams is the Director of Elections serving under the administration of Secretary of State Paul Pate. Prior to that, she served as Marshall County Auditor and Recorder and Election Director from 1988 to through 2014. A Nationally Certified Election/Registration Administrator, Ms. Williams served on both the 2000 and 2004 National Task Force on Election Reform serving as Task Force co-chair in 2004. She also testified before the Presidential Commission on Election Reform in 2013. Currently, Ms. Williams serves on the Professional Education Board and a member of the Professional Practices Program for the Election Center.
