March for Science in Asheville

This is the official announcement of the Asheville March for Science! We have filed our permit and are underway planning the details of the event. On April 22nd, we will be marching from Aston Park to Pack Square to advocate for the importance of empirical science and fact-based policy. Once at Pack Square there will be an event with a great line-up of speakers and booths about different science based groups around WNC. This non-partisan march is for anyone and everyone with an interest in science. The march will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. RSVP for the march via the FB Event link.
