Saturday, April 22nd: 1-3pm
Marchers will meet at Richland Avenue Park at 12:30pm. At 1:00pm, the march will commence from the park up Richland Avenue, along President Avenue, and then up Court Street to the Athens County Clerk of Courts. The walk is exactly 1 mile. The march will disband at the courthouse, where participants will gather on the steps and line the Court Street sidewalks with their signs to greet resuming traffic. There will be 2-3 speakers at the courthouse steps after the march. Please come join the fun, stand up for science, and bring your signs!!
