Trump’s Tax scam gives 39 percent of Arizona’s tax cuts to millionaires even though they only make up 0.4 percent of the population—an average tax cut of $200,000 per millionaire or 8.3 percent of their income. Meanwhile, the 47.8 percent of Arizonans that make less than $45,000 would only get 4.0 percent of the total tax cut—an average of $170 per person or 0.7 percent of their income.
