Pink Hat Run

November 4, 2017,
9:00 am to 12:00 pm

The Pink Hat Run was conceived as an idea to bring together the momentum and energy of the current women’s movement to help organizations that provide services and support to women and the causes most important to them.

Pink Hat Run is meant to be a fun 5K or 1 mile run, walk or roll that celebrates the community we are building as “pink hatters”.

Women are natural connectors. We engage with each other heart-to-heart. When we get in a room together and dream together, we can create a world of opportunities for all. We see the difference we are all making in our communities and we want to celebrate that together with our sisters in pink hats as we support organizations that support and serve the causes that are important to us.

Beneficiary organizations for our first inaugural Pink Hat Run in Chicago are Access Living | Chicago Foundation for Women (CFW) | Chicago Women Take Action (CWTA) | Fierce Over 40 | Mujeres Latinas en Acción | Chicago National Organization for Women (NOW) | Personal PAC | Planned Parenthood Illinois Action (PPIA) | A Sister’s Hope | Women’s March on Chicago | YWCA Metropolitan Chicago | The Chicago Women’s AIDS Project | Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America | Pediatric Aids Chicago Prevention Initiative
