GOAL: Tell Senator Toomey to stand against Cassidy-Graham.
BACKGROUND: Republicans failed to garner support for four different ACA repeal plans this summer. On September 13, the Cassidy-Graham plan was introduced by Senators Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Dean Heller (R-NV) Ron Johnson (R-WI), and former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA).
Because of the rules of reconciliation, the Senate only has until September 30 to finish the job of repealing the Affordable Care Act. That gives them 14 more days to make good on their seven-year promise to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
