Last year during Congressional budget negotiations, California Senator Dianne Feinstein cosponsored a rider in a must-pass bill that sold-out protections for endangered salmon and delta smelt. This year we must demand that she RESIST environmental rollbacks that Republicans in Congress are poised to ram through when they meet later this month to finalize the federal budget for 2017. That's why the Center and allies at MoveOn and Indivisible San Francisco are holding a rally next Tuesday, April 18, outside her office, to make sure she stands up for wildlife, people and the planet.
Sen. Feinstein needs to hear that we absolutely won't stand for any budget that funds the border wall, guts protections for wolves and other endangered species, expands oil and gas drilling, or gives away control of America's public lands.
