People everywhere have a right to clean air, clean water and a safe environment. But the reality is, communities of color and low-income communities have been hurt first and worst by toxic pollution and the climate crisis. Communities across the Midwest - from Flint, MI to East Chicago, IN to the Southeast Side of Chicago - are rising up to demand environmental justice for all.
Join #ResistTrumpTuesdays on April 11th to stand with communities that are on the front line of the climate crisis. Stand with us to fight back against the Trump administration's proposed cuts to the EPA and demand regional action from EPA Region 5.
We will rally at Federal Plaza and have confirmed speakers from Flint MI, East Chicago IN, the Southeast Side Coaltiion to Ban Petcoke, National Nurses United, and Reclaim Chicago.
