Stop Deportation at the Gary-Chicago International Airport

NWI Resist will be holding a rally and protest outside the Gary-Chicago International Airport, to demand a stop to the 9,500 people, family members and neighors, who have been deported from NWI and Chicagoland. These numbers include Veterans, like Miguel Perez ,Jr., a two tour Afghanastan veteran from Chicago who has been sentenced to deportation.

We will have speakers from immigrant veterans organizations, like Deported Veterans Support House, community members to share their own families experiences with the US Immigrantion Process, and representatives from communities in NWI that cannot attend out of fear of ICE.
