Transgender Day of Remembrance 2017

United FRONT's Trans Justice Campaign is hosting an event and vigil for the Transgender Day of Remembrance. We are remembering those we have lost to anti-trans violence and prejudice from November 20th, 2016 to November 19th, 2017. We will have two speakers, a reading of the names of trans people who have been murdered over the past year, some artistic expression, and a community potluck. We will particularly be centering trans women of color, as they are targeted disproportionately.
