Over the past few months, the entire Palos Township Board have been avoiding and outright silencing our community members. Their tactics include not providing the community with reasonable notices, constantly postponing and cancelling meetings and more recently calling for a secret "Special Meeting" with no reasonable advanced notice. In fact this special meeting was held while their website read “PLEASE NOTE: THE GENERAL MEETING OF OCTOBER 23rd HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE SCHEDULED AS SOON AS A MEETING VENUE CAN BE ARRANGED”
We reject these attempts at silencing the community and demand transparency and accountability from the Palos Township.
Join us, Monday Nov. 20th to rally at 6PM and pack the meeting at 7 as we again demand Sharon Brannigan’s immediate resignation and demand full transparency from the Palos Township Board.
