House Representative Leonard Lance, 7th Congressional District of NJ
The Bill that may begin the defunding of PP will be voted on this week.
We will be garthered alongside New Jersey Citizen Action in a peaceful vigil outside Lance's office in the evening to make it clear that he is accontable to his constituents.
Lance has given weak responses to questions regarding the funding and support for Planned Parenthood and the services provided.
He has said that he would advocate for continued funding for PP if abortion was eliminated, or re-assigned to a seperate institution, as he claims this is not a healthcare issue. We will make it clear that REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS ARE A HEALTHCARE ISSUE.
