Last November 8, the presidential election turned our environmental world on its end. For a couple of weeks we despaired. We consoled and supported each other. Then we laced up our shoes and began to organize, to march—and to resist!
A year later we continue to face unprecedented challenges. But we must take time to celebrate! To come together. To honor each other, our shared commitments and, yes, our many accomplishments.
That's why Sierra Club Chicago is marking the occasion with a special Volunteer Social/Open House. Come out to enjoy good drinks and good food, and to toast our collective hopes for the future. We’ll recharge our batteries and have some fun.
